Its function, to be precise, is that works as an "accumulating system" between the real production line and the operator of the canning process: the product
arriving from the packaging line runs down on the turning table. With its movement, it allows to many bags to stays on it while the operator takes them and put in
the card board boxes.
The big utility of this machine is its easy but efficient function. The complete packaging process owes much to the turning table because thanks to it, it is not necessary to stop the line waiting for the operator that has arranged for packaging process.
Usually, the turning table is manufactured in stainless steel. In this way, it is easy to clean moreover the material is extremely resistant. The rotation of the turning table is adaptable based on various needs of the production and packaging lines. Also the height is adjustable as well as the diameter can be different, depending on the models. The shape is round and the disk can be concave or flat.
