An adaptable bag based on the product with the flowpack machines
The flowpack machines represent on of the most efficiency and versatile machines for the packaging of the products. The article flows horizontally on a belt with pushers and it will be wrapped in a plastic film which is folded with a tube shape. In the lower part of the flowpack machine there are some hot rolls that seal the film in both extremities using heat and some transversal sealig bars close the bag. The result is that the product is perfectlu and hermetically closed and isolated from the air.
This packaging system allows to close again the packages in different ways based on the type of the product, both plain type both 3D type. It creates personalized bags and adaptable to the various materials of the packaging. The flowpack machines work with high speed reducing the packaging time.
Between the packed products with this machines are mostly food, bread, chocolate, sweets that preserve their integrity.
In our flowpack machines it is easy to maintain a clean functionality and they are available in three versions: right hand, for polyethylene and shrink film.
Moreover, these machines are manufactured to add other accessories, to comply the customer requirements: photocell for printed film, date print device, line shaft for external feeders.
Our flowpack machines are manufactured in accordance wth precise criteria that aim to the safe use of machines in working places and comply with the regulation in the European Community.
