Close hermetically the bags as the clipping machines
The clip machine is a machine dedicated to the closing of the package. The clip machine takes his name from the so-called "clip", in other words a small element composed by two metal wires covered with other material like paper, plastic of different colours.
The clip will be bounded around the plastic bag sealed in previously and it is used in extended way for food products in particular confectionary products, bread, breadsticks, candies and chocolate. The advantage for the customer is considerable because you are able to close again and seal the bag whenever you want and maintain the product fragrant and intact.
Our clip machines are strong and durable and they are characterized from a support on which you can put replaceable reel. On this reel is bounded the clip in alluminium or plastic plate. Each reel can be produced from 2800 and 6000 clips and as a length between 100 and 500 m, depending on the material.
Moreover, it is possible to add the date function to the clip machine that permit to print the date in the middle of the clip or also the double date on two lines on the clip.
The functioning of our clip machines is all in pneumatic way, as a lot of other machines used in industry field. So it uses an advatageous and economic method of the compressed air as energy source and it is able to work the machine.
Other automatic clip machines are available combining with horizontal and vertical machines for the clip application.

Hand operated machine with heavy contruction and of easy use, suitable
to close bags with aluminium clip.
The clip is a band of aluminium with an height of 7 mm and thickness of 0.6mm 
supplied in reel.
Machine is all with pneumatic operations.

Machine has a strong contruction and and easy use, to close the
top of a bag witha plastic clip.
The clip is made in plastic and metal strips 8 mm high with doubles
metallic wires of 0.6 or 0.8 mm, winded is a spool.
It is possible to stamp the date or production batch.
Machine with entirely pneumatic operation.
Optional: Printer for impression or ink in the middle of the clip.
